A partire dal 24 maggio 2021, chiunque faccia ingresso in Italia per una qualsiasi durata di tempo da Stati o territori esteri di cui agli elenchi B, C, D ed E dell’allegato 20 del decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri 2 marzo 2020, a bordo di qualunque mezzo di trasporto, prima del proprio ingresso nel territorio nazionale, \u00e8 tenuto a compilare il Passenger Locator Form in formato digitale secondo le seguenti modalit\u00e0:<\/p>\n
1. 4. register on the website by creating a personal account with username and password (this step is required only the first time you apply for a dPLF)
5. fill in with all the required information and submit your dPLF.<\/p>\n
